Birthdays, baby showers, graduations, and time together. The Melissa Barn in Melissa, Texas offers indoor and outdoor spaces for private events of up to 140 guests. We also welcome company gatherings, fundraisers, and celebrations of life.

Monday–Thursday: $450 an hour
Four-hour minimum · $1,800 minimum rental
Tables and chairs are included. Decor is additional. Hourly rentals do not include access to the house, so there is no cleaning fee.
Looking for a weekend date?
Available Saturdays and Sundays may be booked within one month of your event. Sundays further out require approval. Please contact us for weekend availability, pricing, and booking details.
Event insurance is required for private-event rentals. If you plan to serve alcohol, you must hire our bartender and security. Ask us about those costs when planning your event.
Elopements in Melissa, Texas

$1,000 · Monday–Thursday
Our elopement package includes one hour at the venue for a ceremony with up to 20 guests, an officiant, and a photographer.
There are no additional mandatory fees for the package. If you would like more photos, an extra 30 minutes of photography is available for $150.
