Corporate Meetings & Events
The Melissa Chamber holds their annual banquet here. So do company retreats, team dinners, and the occasional board meeting where nobody fell asleep. The polished concrete and stacked stone give it real weight — but it's not stiff. People loosen up once they walk in. Darrell and Nate are on-site the whole time, not in an office somewhere, handling whatever comes up so you don't have to.

We hosted a surprise 18th birthday for 100 people — catered dinner, live band, the whole thing. We've also been the space families chose for a memorial service, because they needed somewhere that felt warm instead of rented. Up to 130 guests. Open the back doors and you're looking straight out at the grounds. People always find a shot they didn't plan for. Most of them end up back here for something else.

The Property
Seven Acres in Melissa, TX. Landscaped paths, outdoor lighting, and a quiet that surprises people who drove out from Dallas. There's a reason guests keep stopping on the way in to take pictures.
Always Clean
We've never handed over a dirty space. Not the floors, not the bathrooms, not the outdoor areas. That's just the standard — every time, regardless of what happened the night before.
Darrell & Nate
Both of them will be there. Not a day-of coordinator you've never spoken to — the actual owners, from setup through the last guest out the door.
Indoor & Outdoor
The main barn seats up to 130. Open the back doors and the outdoor space extends things further. There's also a covered pergola area. We'll figure out the best layout for your group.
Bring Your Own Caterer
No vendor lock-in here. Bring whoever you want, or ask us — we've worked with a lot of people in the area and know who does what well.
Easy to Get To
Right off the highway in Melissa. About 45 minutes from Dallas. Plenty of parking. Guests from out of town find it without calling you for directions.
