What does a wedding at The Melissa Barn cost?

When you compare wedding venues, the starting price is only part of the picture. The time you have on the property, the spaces you can use and the items already included all matter. Here is how our published 2026/2027 venue packages fit together.

Day packages: 10 a.m. to midnight

Our day packages include 14 hours at the venue. Published rental rates vary by the day of the week:

Monday–Thursday$4,450
Friday$5,795
Saturday$6,795
Sunday$5,795

Day packages have an additional $195 cleaning fee. For example, the published Saturday rental plus cleaning is $6,990. That is not a complete wedding budget or a final event quote.

Overnight and weekend options

If you want more time together, compare the package windows as well as the price:

  • Thursday 10 a.m. to Friday midnight: $6,895.
  • Friday 10 a.m. to Saturday midnight: $9,395.
  • Sunday 10 a.m. to Monday noon: $6,245.
  • Weekend Getaway, Friday 10 a.m. to Sunday noon: $14,295.

Our pricing page also lists an overnight stay on a night between Monday and Thursday at $5,450. Ask us which arrival and departure window fits the date you have in mind.

Overnight packages have an additional $395 cleaning fee. The Weekend Getaway includes Friday and Saturday overnight stays and a rehearsal dinner. Ask our team about the details when comparing packages.

What is included?

Our published inclusions cover an outdoor ceremony area, an indoor reception area with seating for up to 140 people, tables and chairs, and table and chair setup before your event. You also have access to the house with any package, a bridal suite and separate groom’s quarters.

An on-site venue manager during the event day, a parking attendant and golf cart use are also listed. You can choose your vendors, with recommendations available from our team. House access in a day package should not be confused with an overnight stay.

Compare the whole plan, not just the venue fee

Keep your venue package separate from the rest of your wedding budget. Make a list of the catering, photography, flowers, entertainment and other services you want, then ask each vendor for their own quote. Do not assume an item is included simply because it appears in a wedding photograph.

Before choosing a package, bring three things to your tour: your preferred dates, your approximate guest count and whether you want a day celebration or overnight time. Those details make it easier to compare the options that suit your plans.

Rates and inclusions above were checked against our published pricing page on October 20, 2026. Confirm availability, current pricing, package details and any additional charges with our team before booking.
